LTV's are subject to change, contingent upon compensating credit factors, such as credit scores, debt to income ratios, net worth and loan amount. The above LTV's represent the "Maximum" within Bank policy. However, the Bank's best practices LTV may be lower.
The Bank will allow secondary properties to be used in cross collateralizing the loan to bring the LTV down to the required percentage. On commercial properties, the ultimate LTV will depend primarily on the cash flow coverage generated by the commercial operation. |
