Manufactured Home Loans			3.  Checking & Savings Accounts (2 most recent      statements)
Bridge Loans   Residential First Trust Deed Loans			4.  Other Investments or Accounts    - Copies of investment statements (IRA stmts or      brokerage stmts)
Commerical Real Estate Loans			5.  If self-employed:     - If Corporation, past 2 years tax returns     - Last four 941 forms
			6.  Name & Phone number of insurance agent(s):    - Hazard Insurance    - Flood Insurance (if applicable)
